Our company is a leading contractor in piling business in Azerbaijan. Extensive fleet of rotary drilling rigs allows us to perform piling works of various sizes ranging from 750 mm to 4500 mm in diameter and up to 105 m in length. Depending on soil conditions we are able to perform drilling with or without casing, by means of an oscillator or using slurry to support the bore hole.
Using top of the range equipment from world leading manufacturers our site team and machinery is able to perform the hardest tasks in all conditions. Our piling operations also include construction of slurry and secant pile walls.
Jet grouting allows strengthening the underlying ground levels. Jet grout tool is inserted into the required depth of treatment area and rotated at constant rate as grout erodes and mixes the surrounding soil to create soil-cement column from the bottom elevation upwards. This allows to fills any voids and crevices, compacts any weak soil. There are three types of Jet Grouting and our company can currently perform all of them.
Anchor wire is used to reinforce retaining walls for stability and to prevent deep seated failures, as well as a form of erosion control. Our current equipment allows us to drill anchors up to 50 m deep with load capacity of 100 tons.
Sheet piling is a form of driven piling using thin interlocking sheets of steel to obtain a continuous barrier in the ground. The main application of sheet piles is in retaining walls and cofferdams erected to enable permanent works to proceed.
As part of our general activities we also perform earthworks in order to prepare the project site for future piling and other activities. Earthworks generally consist of removing existing soil to required levels and backfilling in order to prepare stable platform for heavy machinery. Additional dewatering equipment is available in order to control potential underground waters from flooding the project site.
As part of our commitment to High Quality performance we are able to perform all necessary tests. We use state of the art testing equipment in our operations. Our Pile Integrity & Cross Hole Ultrasonic Test equipment is supplied by PileTest LTD. Osterberg Test (O-Cell) up to 8 000 tons and Static Axial Load Test up to 2 200 tons are being done independently by our engineering team. Verticality Test of rotary drill piles is conducted by using on-board measurement units of drilling rigs and by specially installed Jean Lutz equipment.
