Multifunctional development consisting of hotel (166 meters high / 36 floors), business center (203 meter high / 43 floors), retail and residence area (170 meters high / 32 floors). On this project we have constructed up to 1500 piles with diameters varying from 1000 mm to 2000 mm and length from 28 m to 76 m. Main part of the works were carried out on artificially created island for hotel foundation with piles of 2000 mm diameter and 76 m depth. Works were carried out by Bauer BG40 and BG50 drilling rigs. Piling works were done with implementation of bentonite-barite slurry.
